  1. Anytime I need to lose a few pounds, I turn to IF. I usually fast from about 8pm until noon the next day. I’ve done a lot of research on it myself and I’m encouraged by the benefits. That said, the main reason I do it is simply because I’d rather be hungry half the day and get to pig out the other half rather than eat tiny portions all day and never feeling full.
